We at SPACE celebrate the very essence of women not only in our organisation but all women across the world. We understand and show our respect towards the importance of why women should be treated equally -without any bias or prejudice.
Our organisation is incomplete without the women in it. Every year we ensure that our female employees are given the same opportunities, freedom of choice and equal pay same as their male counterparts. We celebrate such special days with some nice food, conversations and some fun activities as well. It is also a purpose of Space to have a workforce with the majority being females.
